FAQ & Code of Conduct

FAQ & Code of Conduct

Get quick answers and know what to expect — so everyone can have a great time.

Can I Attend?

You’re able to buy a ticket if you're an active Whatnot seller in good standing* and are at least 18 years of age.

To maintain the integrity and value of the programming, only sellers and team members who are directly involved in running shows, sourcing inventory, shipping orders, managing operations, etc. are able to attend. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon entry. If you have multiple team members attending, they will need to buy individual tickets.

We’re unfortunately not able to accommodate plus-ones or additional guests who are not actively working on the business. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to building something powerful with you, seller to seller!

*Quick heads-up: we want this to be a positive experience for everyone, so we reserve the right to revoke a ticket in certain cases — including if an attendee is under 18, fails to present valid government-issued photo ID at entry, has demonstrated poor behavior at a past event, has a serious violation on their account, or does not accept and follow our Attendee Code of Conduct. Revoked tickets may be denied entry without refund. We rely on you to make this a safe, respectful space for all.
